As a UX Interaction Design Co-op I redesigned an internal workflow from a defined process flow, built an end-to-end prototype, and validated improvements through user testing. Enhanced UX/UI across multiple internal tools using the GE design system to ensure consistency and usability. Collaborated on a cross-functional intern creative team to evaluate/collect feedback on the intern onboarding experience and recommended improvements.
Summer 2025
As a UX Research Co-op I supported the user engagement program team’s research efforts by identifying users and participating in Gemba sessions to gather user insights. Led the redesign of two applications, leveraging the team’s design system to establish a consistent and intuitive user experience across platforms.
